By using runback.tv you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is operated by PARAVIEW VENTUREWORKS LLC, Miami, Florida ("Runback", "we", "us").
What the site is for
The site describes our services and lets brands send a campaign brief and creators apply to our network. Sending a brief or an application is a request, not a contract. No campaign, engagement, or payment obligation exists until we have agreed to it in writing.
Anything on the site about outcomes, reach, timelines, or cost is a general description of how we work. It is not a quote, a guarantee, or a promise of results.
Using the site properly
You agree not to:
- submit false information or impersonate anyone;
- send a brief or application on behalf of someone who has not authorised you;
- scrape, copy, or republish the site's content, design, or code other than for personal, non-commercial viewing;
- probe, disrupt, or overload the site or the services behind it, or try to get around any access controls;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Content you send us
You keep ownership of anything you send through the site. By sending it, you give us permission to use it to evaluate and respond to your request and, if we go on to work together, to do the work you asked for. You confirm you have the right to send it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Our content
The site, including its text, design, code, marks, and the Runback name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view it and share links to it. Any other use needs our written permission.
Third-party services and links
The site runs on third-party platforms, embeds third-party forms, and may link to other websites, including social platforms and payment or creator-payout services. We are not responsible for those services or their content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the site will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Runback and its members, managers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If we work together, the dispute terms in that agreement apply to that relationship instead.
Changes and contact
