Who we are
runback.tv is operated by PARAVIEW VENTUREWORKS LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Ste 204 #27367, Miami, FL 33137, United States. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
What we collect
Information you give us. When you send a campaign brief or apply as a clipper, we collect what you type into the form: your name, company, website or social handle, email address, and the details of what you want to run. We use it to reply to you and to evaluate the work.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics tools collect the usual technical data: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, how you got here, and rough location derived from your IP. See section 04 for the tools involved.
We do not collect payment card details on this website. We do not send marketing text messages.
How we use it
- To respond to a brief or an application and to run the work you asked about.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To measure whether the site does its job, including whether a visit leads to a brief being sent.
- To keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets a small number of cookies and uses browser storage. Some belong to our hosting platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector) and identify a returning visitor and the form you submitted. Others belong to Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, which we use to measure traffic and on-site actions in aggregate. If you arrive from an advertisement, Google Ads conversion measurement may also record that a brief was sent.
Fonts are served by Google Fonts and images by a content delivery network. Those providers receive your IP address when the asset loads.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time. Most browsers also let you send a Global Privacy Control signal; where the law requires it, we honour that signal. Google explains how to opt out of Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the site and our business on our behalf: HighLevel (website hosting, forms and CRM), Google (analytics, email and workspace), and the payment and creator-payout platforms we use to run campaigns. Each is bound to use your data only to provide its service to us.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business.
How long we keep it
Briefs and applications are kept while we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick the conversation back up. Analytics data is retained under Google's default settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; see section 07.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] from the address you want us to act on. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined by those laws.
Children
The site is for businesses and adult creators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security and international transfers
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We are based in the United States and our providers may process data there; by using the site you understand your information may be transferred to the US.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the effective date at the top and, where appropriate, tell you directly. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
